09:30–10:45 – Phra Nang Cave
Phra Nang Cave is home to a sacred shrine dedicated to the goddess known locally as Phra Nang, who is highly respected by the local people. Phra Nang Beach is perfect for swimming and various beach activities such as rock climbing, sunbathing, and kayaking. Visitors can also walk from Phra Nang Beach to Railay Beach.
11:15–12:00 – Chicken Island:
Named after a limestone formation shaped like a chicken’s head, this island is connected to Tup Island at its tail end. It is a popular snorkeling stop on the 4 Islands Tour, with abundant marine life, especially sergeant major fish and parrotfish.
12:20–13:50 – Tup Island (Lunch on the island):
The highlight of Tup Island is the sandbar that appears during low tide, allowing visitors to walk between Tup Island, Mor Island, and Chicken Island. The surrounding waters are also ideal for snorkeling.
14:10–15:10 – Poda Island:
A stunning island with white sandy beaches and home to monkeys. The main highlight and popular photo spot is Tang Ming Rock, a limestone formation resembling James Bond Island.
15:30 – Return to Ao Nang Pier:
Arrive safely at Ao Nang Pier, followed by transfer back to your hotel.
