- The company reserves the right to cancel or postpone the trip due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. The trip can be rescheduled within 6 months (subject to availability) or a full refund will be provided in case of cancellation for safety reasons
- The company reserves the right to adjust the route or attractions if weather conditions are not favorable
- Customers can cancel at least 10 days before departure with a full refund (bank fee deduction only)
- Cancellation 9–1 days before departure: cancellation fee not exceeding 50%
- Cancellation within 1 day or No Show: 100% cancellation fee applies
- In case of sudden trip changes requested by the customer: 15% fee from the original trip price
- In case of rain but travel is still safe, customers can reschedule within 6 months (notify at least 2 hours in advance). If no prior notice is given, additional meal charges may apply and no refund will be provided if the trip cannot visit all locations
Pets are allowed. A security deposit of 3,000–3,500 THB per pet is required. Aggressive dogs are not allowed.

- Depart for Phi Phi Island, see the beauty of Maya Bay and Pileh Lagoon, cruise to see macaques playing in the water at Monkey Beach, stop at the check-in point, Viking Cave, have lunch on the beach or on the boat.
- Dive to see the beauty of the underwater world, recommended diving point, Loh Samah Bay, and walk or swim at Bamboo Island, one of the most beautiful in the Andaman Sea.
- Cruise past Railay Beach, take pictures of memories before saying goodbye to the sea and returning to the pier safely with great impressions.
