Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 61 cm. (24 inch) Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• You may bring more luggage if the number of passengers is less than the limit (e.g. bring up to 10 pieces of standard sized luggage if there are only 5 passengers in a van)
• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Surcharge table

• All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
• Child seat: The first child's car seat is free, the second one plus 200 baht.
• Additional waiting time: THB300 per hour

  Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 30 minutes after your pickup time

Meet up point Information for Suvarnabhumi Airport

• Meet up location: International Arrival Hall between Gate 3 and Gate 4 on the right hand site, next to the escalator.
• Staff will be holding the customer name sign at the meet up point
• Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 120 minutes after your flight's arrival
• In case of flight delays, send an email/message to check the driver's availability (an overtime surcharge will apply)
• Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May

Meet up point Information for Don Mueang International Airport

• Meet up point Gate no.11 (Domestic Flight), Gate no.5 (International flight)
• Staff will be holding the customer name sign at the meet up point
• Free Waiting Time: The driver will wait for up to 120 minutes after your flight's arrival
• In case of flight delays, send an email/message to check the driver's availability (an overtime surcharge will apply)
• Select flight arrival date at checkout. If your flight arrives at 00:00 on 2 May, select 2 May
