Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance: No additional charge
- Rescheduling before 3:00 PM on the service date: Additional fee of 200 THB/person
- Rescheduling after 3:00 PM on the service date: 100% charge applies
- No Show: Non-refundable under any circumstances
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone

- In case of postponing the date for more than 24 hours, there is no additional charge.

- In case of postponing the date after 03:00 p.m. of that day, there is a charge of 100%.
