Special consideration :
- Our YONA experience is not recommended for Senior citizens over 70 years old, or
pregnant women. If something happens, it would not be the YONA beach Club’s
responsibility.
- Children are permitted to use the pool under the supervision of their parents or
guardians at all times. Yona Beach Club is not responsible for any incidents or
accidents that may occur.
- People who are suffering from any medical or physical disability, high blood
pressure or heart condition are advised to consult their doctor before joining the
excursion.
- Guest under the age of 20 years old must be accompanied by parent or guardian.
- Alcohol will not be sold to minors under 20 years old.
- Please do not take any unnecessary belongings or valuables items during the YONA
experience, as the company will not take responsibility for any loss or damage.
- Pets are not allowed on board.
Danger and other risks :
- Drugs and weapons are prohibited on board.
- Jumping from the boat is prohibited.
Yona Beach reserve the right to exclude anyone not following the boat rules, putting himself
or others at risk.
Dress code :
Partners need to ensure clients are informed about our strict dress code policy. An elegant
smart casual dress code is required to access the club. Sportswear, singlets, cut-off
clothing, Crocs, sandal with socks and plastic bags are not permitted.
We reserve the right to refuse entry to guests who do not adhere to the dress code.

Patong Boat Pier
By YONA:
- We reserve the right to alter or cancel the day on board due to unforeseen
circumstances such as equipment breakage or failure, weather, or water routes that
are unsafe to operate in. Should we cancel your YONA Day experience, an
alternative date will be offered, or you will receive a full refund.
Ø By Client:
- A 10% set-up fee will be deducted for cancellations made more than 72 hours before
the reservation date. Should you wish to change the reservation date, we kindly
request to be notified at least 72 hours prior the initial reservation. In this case no
additional charges will apply.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the reservation date will result
in a 50% refund of the fee.
- No refund will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of the reservation
date or for "No show" reservations.

Morning Package : Starts at 9:30AM and runs until 1:30PM. Perfect for a more relaxed experience. (NoDJs onboard; soft music will be played)
Check-in is required by 12 PM at the latest. Guests must leave Yona by 1:30 PM. The kitchen is open from 11 AM to 1 PM. (Last food order 1 PM)
Yona Beach Club's morning package has a minimum age requirement of 8 years, and children under this age are not allowed on board.
Afternoon Package : Start at 2 PM and running until 9:30 PM, this package brings a vibrant party atmosphere with a DJ and performers. Guests booking cabanas or beds must check in by 5 PM at the latest. Failure to do so may result in the seat being resold without a refund. The kitchen is open from 2PM to 8:30 PM. (Last food order 8:30PM)
Yona Beach Club's Afternoon package has a minimum age requirement of 18 years, and children under this age are not allowed on board.
It’s possible to add some additional pax in each area, each additional person has to
buy a Regular Pass.
