1. Dolphin show duration: 50 minutes
2. Please collect your tickets 30 - 45 minutes before showtime
3. Child ticket applies for height between 80–120 cm
4. Children under 80 cm are free of charge
5. Thai price is for Thai nationals only - please present a Thai ID card or Thai driving license at the entrance to verify eligibility
6. Open daily except Wednesdays, valid until October 31, 2025

Rules & Regulations
- Swimming duration is 10 minutes per participant.
- Participants must be 6 years old and above.
- The maximum weight limit is 100 kg.
Guests who exceed the weight limit are allowed to enter the water and spend time with the dolphins; however, dolphin-assisted swimming around the pool will not be permitted.

Guests Not Allowed to Swim with Dolphins (For the safety of both guests and dolphins)
- Guests with severe or chronic skin diseases, mental disorders, cardiovascular diseases, sexually transmitted diseases, or other infectious diseases.
- Guests with open or untreated wounds.
- Guests under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
- Guests with special needs or congenital brain disorders.

Dolphin Swimming Rules
- All jewelry, hats, and glasses must be removed before entering the pool.
- Loud shouting, sudden movements, or any actions that may harm the dolphins are strictly prohibited.
- Touching the dolphin’s blowhole and eyes is strictly prohibited.
- Guests must strictly follow the trainer’s instructions at all times during the activity.
- Guests who cannot swim or wish to wear a life jacket must inform the staff before entering the pool.
- Guests must shower before entering the pool. The use of sunscreen, lotion, or perfume is strictly prohibited.
- Touching dolphins without the presence of a trainer is strictly prohibited.
Pattaya Dolphinarium
- In case of rescheduling or cancellation before the visit date, there will be no additional charge.
- In case of rescheduling or cancellation on the visit date, the full amount will be charged.
- In case of a no-show according to the booked program, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
- No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Pets are not allowed.

- Swimming time is 10 minutes per person.
- Participants must be at least 6 years old.
- Participants must weigh no more than 100 kg.
If a participant weighs more than 100 kg, they are still allowed to enter the water to spend time with the dolphin, but the dolphin will not tow them around the pool.
