- Minimum 10 people, boat departs
- In case of storms or unsafe weather conditions on the departure date and the boat is unable to operate, guests will be notified 1–2 hours in advance.
- Cancellations must be made before 9:00 AM. After this time, it will be considered a last-minute cancellation and no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
