Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

- Rescheduling after 12:00 PM on the day of the cruise: 200 THB/person fee

- Same-day cancellations after 12:00 PM: Non-refundable

- No-shows: Non-refundable

Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.

Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
