The tour staff will call you in advance before picking you up at your hotel, Please provide your name and present your booking confirmation to the staff when they arrive at the hotel.
- The tour itinerary may be adjusted as appropriate, depending on weather and sea conditions.
- Children under 1 year old, adults over 60 years old, and pets are not permitted to join the tour.
Guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, asthma, spinal/back conditions, pregnant women, or other medical conditions are not allowed to participate for safety reasons.

- Regarding time:
The times stated in the itinerary are approximate only. Actual pickup and drop-off times depend on your hotel location or meeting point.

- Regarding seating on the boat:
As weather and sea conditions may be rough during some parts of the tour, we recommend sitting in the middle or toward the rear of the boat to reduce impact and boat movement, which may help prevent injuries and seasickness.
- Regarding children and pregnant women:
We do not recommend boat travel for children under 2 years old and pregnant women, as sea conditions can be unpredictable and waves may be rough.
Exceptions may apply for children under close supervision of their guardians.
- Regarding food:
Meals included in the tour are Thai food and seafood.
If you are unable to eat certain foods or require vegetarian meals, please inform the staff at the time of booking.
