Cancellation Policy

- No show or cancellation on departure day will be charged 100%

- In case to cancel or change, please inform 1–2 day(s) in advance before departure day)

- Changing the date upon the departure day will be charged 200 Baht per person

- Since this is a promotion price only 14th February 2026, in case you do not arrive in time, the company allows you to use it on normal program, but this price cannot be deducted from the normal price

- As this is a promotional ticket, once the booking is confirmed, no refunds are allowed.

Check-in Procedure

- One person from the booking can check in on behalf of the whole group

- Please present the booking confirmation at the check-in counter
to exchange for cruise tickets or wristbands before proceeding to the pier
