- Boarding time : Pier 1 at Asiatique The Riverfront : 07:15 p.m.

- Docking time : Pier 1 at Asiatique The Riverfront : 09:15 p.m.

- In case of no-show or cancellation on that day, there is a charge of 100%.

Cancellation or Rescheduling Policy

- Cancellations or no-shows : No refunds will be given under any circumstances.

- Rescheduling : Notify before 12:00 PM - no service fee

-Rescheduling : Notify after 2:00 PM - a fee of 300 THB per person will apply

- Late arrival at the pier will be considered a No Show, and no refunds will be issued.

Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
