Cancellation & No show policy :
- Any cancellation less than 7 days will incur 3% cancellation Fee
- Full charge will be imposed for no show.

Terms and Conditions
- For the Island trip booking, you can change the travel date 1 time at no extra cost 7 days prior to the original travel date and it is subject to the availability. For the next time you want to change your travel date, the fee of THB 300/person/trip shall be applied. Moreover, the additional charge due to higher price difference from the original booking might be applied. However, Tour operator reserves the right not to refund fare difference when the new price is lower.

- If Tour operator has to cancel a service due to unsafe sea conditions (typhoons, storms or heavy raining causing a big sea wave), we will provide a full refund or reschedule you when possible.

- For safety, travelers with heart disease, pregnant women, asthmatics, those with spinal problems/orthopedic surgery, children under 1 year old, seniors over 60 years old, and pets are not allowed to join the Island tour program. In the case of other congenital diseases, food allergies, etc., travelers must inform our team in advance before the travel date (Seniors over 60 years old, if they want to go on a trip, they need to sign a document agreeing to accept the conditions and regulations of the trip.)
