- If you request a rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance: No additional fee.
- If you request a rescheduling before 12:00 PM on the day of your visit: An additional rescheduling fee of 300 THB per person will apply
. - If you request a rescheduling, cancellation, or no-show after 12:00 PM on the day of your visit: 100% fee will be charged.

- Only one guest needs to check in per group.
- Please present your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your ticket or wristband, then proceed to the pier for boarding.

Getting to Riverside Bangkok Pier:
- By Car/Taxi: Located at Soi Ratchawithi 21, under the Sanghi Bridge. Enter the alley; the pier is in front of Wat Pakininat temple.
- BTS Skytrain: Get off at Victory Monument Station, Exit 4, then take a taxi.
- MRT Subway: Get off at Sirindhorn Station, Exit 3.
- Chao Phraya River Boat: Disembark at Krung Thon Bridge (Sanghi) Pier.
