2. Provide your Name at the Check-In point and Show the Confirmation document.

Before you book

Check-in & Transportation :
- Check in 30 minutes–1 hour before departure
- Exchange voucher for tickets & boarding stickers at the check-in counter
- Boonsiri Office (Khaosan Road): Kraisri Alley, Phra Sumen Rd., opposite Casa Vimaya Riverside Hotel (no parking)
- One rest stop at a gas station in Chonburi or Rayong

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, postponement and amendment of the trip, notification should be made at least 72 hours before the date of the trip. Otherwise, our company will charge 100% of the value of all tickets.

All booking reservation made falls on national holiday, special holiday, long weekends holiday and weekends, cancellation, postponement and amendment is not allowed. Therefore our company will charge 100% of the value of all tickets.

Refunds is allowed (applicable for prepaid payment, CIB and cash advance payment) if notification is made at least 72 hours days before departure date of the trip except for dates falls under above circumstances (holidays/weekends).

In case the ferry cannot be traveled on the said schedule or any delay due to weather conditions, our Company has the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled trip without prior notice. In this event, the Company accepts full responsibility for the transfer of the booking to an alternative ferry company or if this is not possible, our company will provide a full refund.
