Cancellation policy
- Guests may reschedule their booking once free of charge by providing at least 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled booking date. Rescheduled dates are subject to raft availability.
- If the remaining available dates are not convenient for the guest, the booking deposit may be refunded.
- Once the complimentary rescheduling option has been used, the deposit becomes non-refundable under all circumstances.
- For cancellations, guests must notify us at least 7 days before the scheduled booking date. Cancellations made less than 7 days in advance will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, and no refund will be provided.
