Before you book

- Round-trip speedboat transfer between the floating platform and Bali Hai Pier every 30 minutes
(Travel time approx. 15 minutes)
- The floating platform can accommodate up to 300 guests
- Live music every day
- Food and beverages available for purchase
- Opening hours:
Mon–Thu: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Fri–Sun: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
- Guests may choose their own seats upon arrival at the café
- First boat departs at 4:00 PM
- After that, boats operate every 20–30 minutes for both departures and returns
- Each speedboat accommodates up to 28 guests
(If the boat is full, it will depart immediately without waiting for the scheduled round)
- For return trips, please inform café staff 30–45 minutes in advance of your desired return time
(Return boats operate every 30 minutes)

Net Seating Terms & Conditions
- Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis
- If the net seating area is full, you may reserve a queue with the service staff
- Minimum spending: 1,000 THB
- Includes 4 guests / 2 hours
- Additional guests: 500 THB per person, fully redeemable as food and drinks
- Seating is rotated every 2 hours
- To continue seating beyond 2 hours, a minimum additional spending of 500 THB is required for each subsequent 2-hour period
- Spending can be accumulated within each 2-hour session

Pickup & drop-off

Round-trip speedboat transfers between the floating platform and Bali Hai Pier are available every 30 minutes (travel time approximately 15 minutes).

- Ticket Pick-up Point:
Left-side entrance area (when facing the building), passenger pick-up and drop-off point at the pier

Minimum number of participants for the tour

The speedboat can accommodate up to 28 passengers. If the boat is full, it will depart immediately without waiting for the scheduled time.

Cancellation policy

- In case of cancellation, all payments are non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 2 times within 30 days, with advance notice of 1–2 days before the scheduled service date.

Pet Policy

Small pets are allowed. However, we kindly ask guests to take close care of their pets. Pets must remain in a carrier or box, should not cause noise or disturb others, and a pet fee of 100 THB per pet applies.
