Provide your name and present your booking confirmation to the staff when they pick you up at your hotel.
- If the number of bookings is fewer than 25 guests, the company reserves the right to cancel the trip.
- Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. All bookings are non-refundable in all cases.
- The program and schedule may be adjusted as appropriate, depending on weather and sea conditions on each day.
- If you have a return flight on the same day as the trip, it is recommended to book a flight departing after 10:00 PM.
- Vegetarian meals are available upon request. Please inform us in advance.
- Outside food and beverages are not permitted on board.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to join the trip.
- Guests with a history of spinal or hip surgery are not permitted to join the trip.
- Not recommended for guests over 70 years old, subject to personal discretion.
- Guests with underlying medical conditions such as high blood pressure, heart disease, fear of heights, asthma, or epilepsy are not recommended to participate, subject to personal discretion.

- For bookings of 5 guests or fewer: cancellations made within 24 hours prior to departure will be charged in full.
- For bookings of 6 guests or more: cancellations made less than 48 hours (after 12:00 noon) prior to departure will be charged in full.

- Any postponement within 48 hours / 24 hours prior to departure or in case of No-Show will incur a fee of 2,000 THB per person.
- Reservations will be automatically canceled if full payment is not received by the due date.

Cancellation Due to Bad Weather
- The company cannot guarantee weather conditions in advance. Weather updates will be monitored through the Meteorological Department and the Marine Department.
- If there is an official announcement prohibiting boats from departing due to adverse weather conditions and the company is unable to operate the trip, a full refund will be issued.
- However, in the case of normal rainfall without any official announcement restricting boat departures, no refund will be provided.

10.45 a.m.
- Arrive at Ao Po Pier, guide will be waiting to welcome all customers at the check-in point.
11.00 a.m.
- Guide will take all customers on Seanery Cruise and serve Welcome Drink.
11.30 a.m.
- Seanery Cruise departs to Phang-nga Bay. Enjoy the beautiful natural scenery along the journey.
12.00 p.m.
- Arrive at Naka Island, have fun with Water slide, Inflatable pool, Paddle board, Floating hammock
12.45 p.m.
- Lunch Time : Thai Buffet on Seanery Cruise and Free Flow Soft drinks throughout the trip.
02.30 p.m.
- Arrive at Hong Island, take a local canoe through the cave and admire the beauty of the naturally occurring stalactites and stalagmites. When you take a boat in cave, you will feel like you are in the lagoon of Hong Island, surrounded by lush green trees on the limestone mountains that surround the sea.
- Cold towel and Refreshing drink are provided.
04.00 p.m.
- Take a Hua Tong long-tailed boat (local boat) to Khao Phing Kan and Khao Tapu, a large rock formation standing out in the sea. It was the location for the filming of the Hollywood movie "James Bond", this is the origin of the name "James Bond Island", a world-famous tourist attraction.
05.00 p.m.
- Depart back to Seanery Cruise with cold towel and refreshing drink.
05.30 p.m.
- Enjoy Light Dinner Buffet and Free Flow Soft Drinks.
06.00 p.m.
- Enjoy the party, lights, sounds and awesome music from the DJ on Seanery Cruise during the sunset throughout the journey.
07.00 p.m.
- Arrived back at Ao Po Pier safely.
