- Marina entrance fee at Ocean Marina Yacht Club Pattaya THB 80 / person , After 07:00 PM: THB 160 / person
- Advance booking is required at least 7 days prior to departure. All bookings are non-refundable in all cases
- If the Meteorological Department announces severe weather conditions and boats are not allowed to leave shore, the company will provide a 100 percent refund of the deposit via the original payment method
- In case of normal rain (not heavy rain or isolated storms), the yacht can operate as usual. The company reserves the right to cancel and issue a 100 percent refund

- A full refund will be granted if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the departure date
- If the booking is cancelled within 14 days before the departure date, a 50 percent refund will be provided (calculated from 100 percent of the payment)
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date
- In case of emergency, the travel date can be postponed once only, and the request must be made at least 7 days prior to the departure date
