Additional Information
- Booking must be made at least 7 days in advance. All bookings are non-refundable in any case.
- Departure time can be adjusted as appropriate.
- Entrance fee to Ocean Marina Yacht Club Pattaya:
- THB 80 per person
- THB 160 per person after 7:00 PM
- Optional activities and meals are not included (additional charges apply).

Cancellation Policy Due to Severe Weather
- If the Meteorological Department officially announces severe weather conditions and boats are prohibited from departing, a 100% refund of the deposit will be issued via the original payment method.
- In case of general rain (not heavy rain or isolated storms), the yacht can operate as usual. However, the company reserves the right to cancel the trip and provide a 100% refund.

Ocean Marina Yacht Club Pattaya
- A full refund will be granted if the cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to the departure date
- If the booking is cancelled within 14 days before the departure date, a 50 percent refund will be provided (calculated from 100 percent of the payment)
- No refund will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the departure date
- In case of emergency, the travel date can be postponed once only, and the request must be made at least 7 days prior to the departure date
