- Bookings can be rescheduled within 30 days from the initial booking and payment date.
- Once payment has been completed, refunds are not permitted under any circumstances (Non-refundable).
- Pets are allowed without any additional charge for guests who are not staying at the Wine Cottage accommodation.
- Large dogs must be kept on a leash at all times.
- When using the VinCotto Restaurant, large dogs or pets without a stroller or carrier are permitted in the outdoor area only.
- For indoor dining, pets must be properly placed in a stroller or carrier.
- Pets are allowed in all areas within the shop zone.

Things to Know Before Visiting
- The vineyard tour is limited to approximately 25 guests per round. Advance booking or checking availability prior to reservation is highly recommended.
- The recommended visiting period is between November – February for a higher chance of seeing grapes in the vineyard.
- For the wine tasting activity, guests under 20 years old or those who do not consume alcohol will be served grape juice instead.
