- Check-in Time: 5:30 PM – 7:00 PM

- Boarding Pier: Pier 2 or 4 Please check in first to receive your assigned pier information.

- Cruising Time: 2 hours (7:30 PM – 9:30 PM)

Notes

- Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy

- Cancellations made before 2:00 PM on the day of the trip: No additional charge

- Cancellations or failure to show up after 2:00 PM: No refunds under any circumstances

- Late arrival at the pier will be considered a No Show - no refunds will be issued.

Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.

Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Take the BTS Skytrain (Silom Line) to Krung Thon Buri Station Exit 3, then tranfer to BTS Skytrain (Gold Line) to Charoen Nakhon Station to ICONSIAM.
- Take the BTS Skytrain (Silom Line) to Saphan Taksin Station Exit 2, then walk to Sathorn Pier to take a ferry to ICONSIAM Pier.
