Before you book

Check-in at Boonsiri Ferry Office (Khao San Road)
- Passengers must arrive for check-in at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure.
- Please present your voucher at the check-in counter to exchange for: Ferry boarding ticket ,Stickers for bus and ferry boarding
- To travel to the Boonsiri office, most passengers inform the taxi driver to go to Kraisi Road, Phra Sumen Road, near Khao San Road roundabout, close to Wat Bowonniwet.
- The Boonsiri Ferry office has a clear company sign and is located at the entrance of Kraisi Road, opposite Casa Vimaya Riverside Hotel, near the Banglamphu area and 7-Eleven.
- Please note that the Khao San office does not provide parking for private vehicles.

Boarding at Suvarnabhumi Airport
- Passengers must check in at least 30 minutes to 1 hour before departure.
- Check-in location: 1st Floor, Gate 8
The booth is the first booth on the right-hand side of Exit Gate 8.
- No hotel transfer service is provided on Koh Tao.

Cancellation policy

In case of cancellation, postponement and amendment of the trip, notification should be made at least 72 hours before the date of the trip. Otherwise, our company will charge 100% of the value of all tickets.

All booking reservation made falls on national holiday, special holiday, long weekends holiday and weekends, cancellation, postponement and amendment is not allowed. Therefore our company will charge 100% of the value of all tickets.

Refunds is allowed (applicable for prepaid payment, CIB and cash advance payment) if notification is made at least 72 hours days before departure date of the trip except for dates falls under above circumstances (holidays/weekends).

In case the ferry cannot be traveled on the said schedule or any delay due to weather conditions, our Company has the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled trip without prior notice. In this event, the Company accepts full responsibility for the transfer of the booking to an alternative ferry company or if this is not possible, our company will provide a full refund.
