Before you book

- Please check in 30 minutes before the boarding time.
- Parking is available at River City Bangkok (free for 5 hours). Please bring your parking ticket to scan at the Thai Bus Food Tour office on the day of service. Parking beyond 5 hours will be charged THB 40 per hour.

Cancellation policy

- Once you have made a reservation and paid, you cannot cancel or refund.
- Customers can postpone the service once, not exceeding 30 days from the date of service.
- You must inform us of the postponement of the service 2 days (48 hours) before the service.
- In the event that customers inform us of the postponement on the day of service, the service cannot be postponed.
