- Minimum height: 120 cm
- Guests under 140 cm must be accompanied by a responsible adult who must also purchase an activity ticket.
- Individuals with heart or vascular diseases, neck, back, or spinal problems, high blood pressure, asthma or respiratory issues, motion sickness, vertigo, panic disorder, those who are pregnant, or those who have had surgery, injuries, or mobility limitations that prevent proper use of the safety locking system are not permitted to use the ride.
- Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted to use the ride.
- Anyone who cannot be properly and safely secured with the safety equipment will not be allowed to board the ride.
- All players must check in at the ticket counter to receive a briefing on the rules, regulations, and associated risks before boarding the ride.

Bus: Bus routes 1, 51, 75, and 504 pass along Charoen Krung Road near Asiatique The Riverfront Destination.
Taxi or private car: Search for "Asiatique The Riverfront Destination" on navigation or ride-hailing apps.
