- Cancellations or date changes must be made at least 7 days in advance to receive a full refund. If the notice does not meet the conditions, no refund will be provided in all cases.
- If the boat cannot depart due to weather conditions or strong monsoon waves, you may reschedule the time slot, change the date, or request a refund.
- If the captain determines that the boat can depart but the customer chooses not to go, no refund will be issued.
- Pets are allowed on board at no additional charge.
