How to use
- Upon arrival, guests can check in at the Samaesan Marina counter. A national ID card must be presented for check-in, and the name used for booking must match the reservation name on the day of arrival.
Details
1. For 2 guests per room, 1 night, including breakfast
2. Friday–Sunday stays, including public holidays: 3,000 THB per room per night
3. Extra bed available at 1,000 THB per person, including breakfast
4. Key deposit: 500 THB (cash only)
5. Staff service hours: 8:00 AM–9:00 PM
6. Samaesan Marina project gate closes at 10:00 PM

Notes
- If the 3rd guest is a child under 5 years old, they may stay with parents (breakfast can be purchased at 200 THB per child)
- If there are 2 children: the first child may share the bed with parents, while the second child will be charged for an extra bed

- If the guest has already paid for the room but is unable to stay on the check-in date due to personal reasons, no refund will be provided under any circumstances.
- The booking can be postponed once, starting from the original check-in date. The new stay date must be used within 3 months from the original booking date.
Pets are not allowed.
- Pets of all kinds are not allowed. Violation penalty: 1,000 THB
- Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms. Violation penalty: 2,000 THB
- Any damage to property inside the room will be charged at actual cost
- If more than 2 guests stay in a room without an extra bed, additional guests will not receive breakfast. Breakfast can be purchased for 200 THB per person
- In case of COVID-19 infection, guests may request to reschedule their stay. An ATK test result must be shown at least 1 day in advance (one-time reschedule allowed)

- 08:30 AM – 10:00 AM (Served as an American breakfast set with seafood rice. If you are allergic to seafood, please inform staff at check-in)
