Seattle Samaesarn Resort
The boat accommodates a minimum of 15 and a maximum of 40 customers.
- For snorkeling bookings, customers may reschedule or cancel once only. Rescheduling must be requested at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date.
- If the rescheduling request does not meet the company’s conditions, the company reserves the right to refuse rescheduling or cancellation.
- If customers fail to show up on the booked date, the resort will not refund the deposit in any case, except when the company cancels due to safety concerns as assessed by the captain.
