Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling more than 24 hours before the service date: No additional fee.
- Rescheduling before 3:00 PM on the travel date: An additional fee of THB 200 per person applies.
- Rescheduling after 3:00 PM on the travel date: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Arriving too late for the scheduled boarding time at the pier will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
