Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling more than 24 hours before the service date: No additional fee.
- Rescheduling before 3:00 PM: An additional fee of THB 200 per person applies.
- Rescheduling after 3:00 PM: 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Arriving too late for the scheduled meeting time at the pier will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

One booking holder may check in on behalf of the entire group. Please present the booking confirmation at the check-in point to exchange it for a boat ticket or wristband before proceeding to the pier.
