Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellation within 5 days before the travel date: 25% of the total price will be charged.
- Cancellation within 3 days before the travel date: 50% of the total price will be charged.
- Cancellation within 1 day before the travel date: 75% of the total price will be charged.
- Cancellation on the travel date or no-show: 100% of the total price will be charged.

Check-in Procedure
- One booking holder may check in on behalf of the entire group. Please present the booking confirmation at the check-in point to exchange it for a boat ticket or wristband before proceeding to the pier.
