- The kitchen's last order time is 8:30 PM & Bar's last order time is 9 PM.
- Alcohol & food purchased onboard cannot be taken away.
- Please note that outside food and drinks are not allowed.

DRESS CODE POLICY Sina Beach Club enforces a strict dress code policy. Guests are required to wear smart casual or elegant attire. Management reserves the right to deny entry if the dress code is not followed.

NOT PERMITTED
- Tank tops, sports jerseys & sweatpants
- Sarongs & elephant pants
- Offensive or inappropriate clothing
- Cross-body bags, fanny packs & plastic bags
- Topless arrival attire for men
- Wetsuits, dive shirts & workout wear
- Crocs, flip-flops with socks & costume footwear
- Ripped or distressed clothing

ENCOURAGED ATTIRE
- Elegant tops with shoulder coverage
- Well-fitted chinos, linen or tailored pants
- Stylish casual shorts
- Clean & aesthetic footwear
- Minimal and refined accessories

SINA FLOATING BEACH CLUB POLICIES, GUIDELINES & TERMS
AGE POLICY
- Guests aged 14+ are permitted from 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM when accompanied by parents.
- Guests must be 20+ from 6:00 PM – 9:30 PM.

ENTRY POLICY
- Late arrivals will not be permitted entry.
- No refunds will be issued for missed arrivals.

TOWELS & LOCKERS
- Complimentary towels are provided and must be returned before departure.
- Free lockers are available with a refundable 500 THB deposit.
- Lockers are subject to availability and cannot be reserved.

SAFETY REGULATIONS
- Swimming in the sea or jumping from the boat is strictly prohibited.
- Pool access is at the guest's own risk.
- Life jackets are available on board upon request.
- SINA Beach Club remains anchored at all times for safety purposes.
- The experience is not recommended for pregnant women or guests above 70 years of age.
- Guests are advised not to carry unnecessary valuables, as SINA Beach Club is not responsible for any loss or damage.

ALCOHOL POLICY
- Alcohol will not be served to guests under 20 years old.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY Guests may be photographed or filmed by the SINA media team. By entering SINA Beach Club, guests consent to the use of such content for promotional and marketing purposes.

RIGHT OF ADMISSION Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests whose behavior, attire or actions may endanger themselves, other guests, or violate venue policies.

PROHIBITED ITEMS POLICY All bags and personal belongings are subject to security checks upon entry. Restricted items may be confiscated until departure.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Outside food & beverages
- Single-use plastic bottles & tumblers
- Professional cameras, video equipment & telescopic lenses (unless pre-approved)
- Animals or pets
- Inflatable pool toys
- Balloons & decorations
- Illegal substances, drugs & prohibited medicines
- Weapons of any kind

Violation of these policies will result in immediate removal from the venue without refund.

CHECK-IN REQUIREMENTS
- Full name submission is mandatory for insurance purposes prior to boarding.
- Completion of check-in & insurance registration is required upon arrival.
- Guests refusing registration may be denied entry.

By entering SINA Beach Club, guests agree to comply with all safety and insurance procedures.

CANCELLATION POLICY

REGULAR DAYS
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before reservation: 10% setup fee applies.
- Date modifications are allowed up to 72 hours prior at no extra charge.
- Cancellations made 24–72 hours before reservation: 50% refund applicable.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or "No Show" bookings are non-refundable.
- Refund processing may take 3–15 business days depending on the bank.
SPECIAL EVENTS
- All cancellations & "No Show" bookings are strictly non-refundable.

INSURANCE & LIABILITY
- Accident insurance is provided for registered guests who complete the check-in process.
- Coverage may vary and may partially or fully cover eligible expenses.
- Accidents must be reported within 24 hours along with official hospital documentation.
