Cancellation Policy
- In the event of postponement more than 24 hours in advance, there will be no charge.
- In the event of postponement before 12:00 pm, an additional amendment fee of 300 baht per person will apply.
- In the event of postponement after 12:00 pm, cancellations, and no-shows, a 100% charge will be applied.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

Only one guest from the group is required to check in. Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Free parking for 4 hours (parking ticket can be validated at the registration counter).
In case the parking ticket is not validated, customers can shop within the Asiatique area to receive an additional 2 hours of free parking.
- Seat zones on the Chao Phraya cruise may be fully booked at certain times. If the zone you selected is full, we will contact you through the provided channel to inform you about adjusting to another seat zone
