- The Buy 4, Pay for 3 promotion is valid Monday–Thursday only and is not applicable on Fridays, Saturdays, public holidays, Valentine's Day, Loy Krathong, Father's Day, Mother's Day, and New Year's Eve (31 December).

Cancellation Policy
- Date changes made at least 24 hours in advance are free of charge.
- Date changes requested before 02:00 PM on the travel date are subject to a 300 THB per person rescheduling fee.
- Requests made after 02:00 PM on the travel date, or failure to arrive on time for boarding, will be considered No Show, and no refund will be provided.

Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
