- No-show or same-day cancellation: no refund
- Changes must be made 1–2 days in advance
- Same-day changes: THB 200 per person fee

- Late arrivals may use ticket for regular program
- No refund of price difference from promotion

One guest may check in on behalf of the entire group. Please present your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to exchange it for your boarding ticket or wristband before proceeding to the pier.
- Supakarn Shopping Center is located on Charoen Nakhon Soi 15A, Khlong Ton Sai, Khlong San, Bangkok, opposite Sena Fest, only 700 meters from ICONSIAM (about 5 minutes walk).
- Free parking is available with over 500 spaces (G–5 floors).
- Approximately 200 meters from Sathorn Pier.
- Approximately 400 meters from Krung Thon Buri BTS Station.
- Seating on the Chao Phraya River cruise may be fully booked during certain periods. If your selected zone is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange an alternative seating zone.
No transfer service is provided.
