Cancellation Policy
- Bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- No-show or cancellation on the travel date is non-refundable.
- To cancel or modify your booking, please notify the operator 1–2 days before the travel date.
- Changing the travel date on the travel date is subject to a THB 200 per person fee.
- As this is a promotional ticket valid only on 31 December 2026, guests who miss the departure may use the ticket for the regular cruise program. However, the promotional ticket value cannot be applied toward the price of the regular program.
Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.
Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

One guest may check in on behalf of the entire group. Please present your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to exchange it for your boarding ticket or wristband before proceeding to the pier.
- Supakarn Shopping Center is located on Charoen Nakhon Soi 15A, Khlong Ton Sai, Khlong San, Bangkok, opposite Sena Fest, and only 700 meters from ICONSIAM (approximately a 5-minute walk).
- Free parking is available with over 500 parking spaces on the Ground Floor (G) and Levels 1–5.
- Approximately 200 meters from Sathorn Pier.
- Approximately 400 meters from Krung Thon Buri BTS Station.
- Seating on the Chao Phraya River cruise is subject to availability. If your preferred seating zone is fully booked, we will contact you using the details you provided to arrange an alternative seating zone.
No transfer service is available.
