Terms & Conditions

Safety

• Life jackets are provided for all passengers, including children.
• The boat is equipped with fire extinguishers and a first-aid kit, with crew members trained in safety procedures.
• Passengers participate in water activities, including swimming, snorkeling, fishing, and jet skiing, at their own risk.
• The operator reserves the right to modify or cancel the itinerary if weather conditions or other circumstances are deemed unsafe.
• The captain and crew have the authority to make decisions regarding safety, including refusing or terminating the service in cases of inappropriate behavior, intoxication, illegal substance use, or any circumstances that may compromise safety.

Health

• Passengers must inform the operator of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medical restrictions prior to booking.
• The operator reserves the right to refuse a booking or boarding if a passenger's physical condition is deemed unsuitable for the trip.

Prohibited Items

• Drugs, weapons, and other illegal items are strictly prohibited onboard.
• In the event of a violation, the operator reserves the right to return the boat to shore immediately and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

Boat Usage

• The number of passengers must not exceed the number specified in the booking.
• Pets are not allowed onboard unless prior written permission has been obtained.
• Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins and is permitted only in designated areas.

Extension of Charter Duration

• Requests to extend the charter must be made in advance, with the additional fee paid within the final 30 minutes before the scheduled end of the charter.

Liability

• The operator provides boat insurance in accordance with applicable standards.
• The charterer is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their accompanying guests to the boat or third parties.

Waiver of Claims

• The charterer and accompanying guests agree not to make claims for damages against the operator in the event of injury or property damage arising from the use of the service.

Note

• All passengers must provide their names on the Passenger List for insurance purposes prior to departure.
