How to use

The staff will contact you before the scheduled service. Please provide your name or present the booking confirmation received from Chillpainai at check-in.

Before you book

- Passengers must inform the operator of any medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or medical restrictions prior to booking.
- The operator reserves the right to modify the route, departure time, or cancel the trip if weather conditions are unfavorable or deemed unsafe.
- Drugs, weapons, and other illegal items are strictly prohibited onboard.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the cabins. Pets are not allowed onboard unless prior permission has been obtained.
- The number of passengers must not exceed the number specified in the booking.
- Requests to extend the charter duration must be made in advance and are subject to an additional charge.
- The charterer is responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their accompanying guests.
- All passengers must provide their names on the Passenger List for insurance purposes prior to departure.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation Policy
- More than 7 days before departure: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before departure: 25% refund
- Less than 2 days before departure: No refund

In Case the Operator Is Unable to Provide the Service
- If the operator is unable to provide the service due to weather conditions or force majeure, customers may choose:
- Change to another boat of a similar size (subject to availability)
- Reschedule the trip
- Request a refund (meal costs may be deducted in some cases)

Remarks
- In the event of force majeure, the operator will not be responsible for any resulting damages.
- If the service is delayed or cancelled after the trip has already commenced, any refund will be calculated proportionally based only on the unused service time.
