How to Use
- One guest may check in on behalf of the entire group.
- Please present the booking confirmation at the check-in counter to exchange it for a boarding ticket or wristband before proceeding to the pier.

Cancellation Policy
- In case of a No Show or cancellation on the travel date, a 100% charge will apply.
- If you wish to modify your booking, please notify us 1–2 days before the travel date.
- Changes made on the actual travel date will incur a fee of 200 THB per person.
- As this is a promotional ticket, bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.
- As this special rate is valid only for Loy Krathong Day, guests who are unable to travel on the specified date and time may use the ticket for the regular program instead. However, this promotional rate will no longer apply, and any price difference based on the regular rate must be paid (if applicable).
