Provide your Name at the Check-In point and Show the Confirmation document.
- Please strictly follow the captain’s instructions at all times.
- Open flames, sparks, or any activities involving fire or that may cause fire are strictly prohibited on board.
- The service is not recommended for pregnant women or injured guests (e.g., those wearing casts). Guests who wish to join must obtain prior approval from a medical professional. Please note that boarding and disembarking the boat involves steps, and the deck may be wet from water activities or sea spray, which may increase the risk of slipping.
- In case guests arrive late at the pier and cause a delayed departure, the trip will still end according to the original schedule. For example, if the booking time is 1:30 PM–6:00 PM and guests board at 2:00 PM, the service time will be reduced to 4 hours only.
- Overtime usage will be charged at THB 4,000 per hour. Any fraction of an hour will be counted as one full hour.
No transfer service provided.

- After payment has been made, the trip is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- The travel date may be rescheduled once, with at least 7 days’ advance notice prior to the departure date.
- The trip can be postponed for up to 6 months.
- If sea conditions are unsafe and the boat is unable to depart due to strong winds or waves, no refund will be provided; however, guests may reschedule the trip within 6 months from the original booking date.
Pets are not allowed.

ALL DAY Trip Itinerary
10:00 AM – Meet at the pavilion at Bali Hai Pier
10:30 AM – Depart for Koh Krok or Koh Larn (no beach landing)
11:00 AM – Fishing activity
11:45 AM – Meal service
12:30 PM – Beach time or snorkeling
3:15 PM – Meal service or snorkeling (guests may choose which activity to do first)
5:15 PM – Return to Pattaya
6:00 PM – Arrive safely at the pier

In Case of Heavy Rain or Strong Sea Conditions**
1. Sea and weather conditions are unpredictable. If on the trip date sea conditions are too rough and the boat is unable to depart, guests will be required to reschedule the trip only.
- No refunds are available in any case
- The trip can be postponed for up to 6 months from the original booking date
- If strong winds or rough seas are expected close to the trip date, we will keep guests informed and provide regular updates to ensure clear communication and understanding of the current situation
2. If it rains during the trip, guests may choose one of the following options:
- Wait until the rain stops and continue the trip (subject to no other bookings afterward)
- If it rains during the trip, the captain will take the boat to the nearest safe shelter for the safety of all guests
