- Since it is a promotion ticket once booked, it is non-refundable.

- No show or cancellation on departure day will be charged 100%

- In case to cancel or change, please inform 1-2 day(s) in advance before departure day

- Changing the date upon the departure day will be charged 200 Baht per person

- Since this is a promotion price only for Loy Krathong day, in case you do not arrive in time, the company allows you to use it on normal program, but this price cannot be deducted from the normal price
