- No-show or same-day cancellation: No refund.

- Cancellation or rescheduling must be requested 1-2 days in advance.

- In case of postponing the date, there is a service charge of 200 baht/person.

- For the 31 Dec 2025 special program, if guests arrive late, the ticket can be used for a regular cruise program (cannot be offset with the regular program price).

Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.
