2. Check-In : Pier 1 at ICONSIAM Time : 05:30 - 07:30 p.m.

- Boarding up and Docking time : Pier 2 at ICONSIAM : 07:45 - 09:45 p.m.

Notes : Cancelling or Postponing the Date of Use

- In case of no show or cancellation on that day, there is a charge of 100%.

- In case of cancellation or postponement, please notify 1 - 2 days in advance.

- In case of postponing the date, there is a service charge of 200 baht/person.

- For the Loy Krathong Promotion only If you arrive late, the ticket can be used for a regular program, but it cannot be deducted or offset against the regular program price.

Check-in Instructions : Only one guest from the group is required to check in.

Please show your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to receive your boat ticket or wristband before heading to the pier.

- Take the BTS Skytrain (Silom Line) to Saphan Taksin Station Exit 2, then walk to Sathorn Pier to take a ferry to ICONSIAM Pier.
