- The trip operates in the Samaesarn Bay area, including Koh Jarn, Koh Yoong Kluea, Koh Rong Khon, and Koh Rong Nang,
excluding Koh Kham and Koh Juang. Staff will recommend suitable islands again on the day of the trip based on weather conditions.
- Customers must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to departure to change clothes. The boat cannot wait for late arrivals under any circumstances. Failure to arrive on time will be considered a forfeiture of the trip.
- The boat operates with a minimum of 6 persons and a maximum of 15 persons. If fewer than 6 persons are booked for any trip, the company reserves the right to cancel the trip, reschedule to the next available trip, or provide a refund.
- In cases where customers request to reschedule or cancel the trip, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days in advance.
- For Saturday trips, parking at the pier may be limited. Customers are advised to park at Seattle Samaesarn Resort, where a complimentary songthaew transfer to the pier will be provided.
Complimentary transfer service (pick-up at the resort) is available only for guests staying at Seattle Samaesarn Resort.
