Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling at least 24 hours before the travel date: No additional fee.
- Rescheduling before 2:00 PM on the travel date: A fee of THB 300 per person applies.
- Rescheduling after 2:00 PM on the travel date or arriving too late for boarding will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
