Meeting Point
- Check-in Point: White Orchid River Cruise Booth, Asiatique The Riverfront, in front of Warehouse 3
- Check-in Time: 5:30 PM - 6:45 PM
- Boarding Point: Pier 1, Asiatique
- Cruise Duration: 2 hours (7:00 PM - 9:00 PM)

Remarks
- Krathongs are available for purchase onboard at THB 200 per piece.

Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling at least 24 hours before the travel date: No additional fee.
- Rescheduling before 2:00 PM on the travel date: A fee of THB 300 per person applies.
- Rescheduling after 2:00 PM on the travel date or arriving too late for boarding will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Check-in Procedure
- One booking holder may check in on behalf of the entire group. Please present the booking confirmation at the check-in point to exchange it for a boat ticket or wristband before proceeding to the pier.
