Cancellation / Rescheduling
- Cancellations must be made at least 1 day in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made before 12:00 PM on the cruise date are free of charge.
- Rescheduling requests made after 12:00 PM on the cruise date will incur a fee of THB 200 per person.
- No-show bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.
