Cancellation Policy
- Rescheduling more than 24 hours before the scheduled date: No additional charge.
- Rescheduling before 12:00 PM on the scheduled date: An additional charge of THB 300 per person applies.
- Rescheduling after 12:00 PM or cancellation: 100% charge applies.
- Guests who fail to arrive at the pier by the designated check-in time will be considered a No Show and are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Check-in Procedure
- One person from the booking can check in on behalf of the entire group.
Please present your booking confirmation at the check-in point to exchange it for a cruise ticket or wristband before proceeding to the pier.
Note: If you would like a birthday cake, please specify your request in the booking notes before making payment.

Directions to Riverside Bangkok Pier
- By Car/Taxi: Located in Soi Ratchawithi 21, at the foot of Sanghi Bridge. Enter the soi and the pier is just before Wat Pakininat.
- BTS Skytrain: Get off at Victory Monument Station, Exit 4, then take a taxi.
- By MRT Subway: Get off at Sirindhorn Station, Exit 3.
- By Chao Phraya Express Boat: Get off at Krung Thon Bridge (Sanghi) Pier
