Cancellation Policy
- Date changes requested more than 24 hours in advance: No additional charge
- Date changes requested before 12:00 PM on the travel date: Additional charge of 300 THB per person
- Date changes requested after 12:00 PM, or cancellations: 100% charge
- Guests who fail to arrive at the pier on time will be considered No Show, with no refund provided

- One guest may check in on behalf of the entire group.
Please present your booking confirmation at the check-in counter to exchange it for a boarding pass or wristband before proceeding to the pier.
