1 hour 15 minutes (02:15 PM – 03:30 PM or 07:15 PM – 08:30 PM).
Present the booking confirmation document received from Chillpainai to exchange for an entry ticket at the Phuket Circus counter.
- Ticket collection is available 60 minutes before the show time.
- Doors open 15 minutes before the show.
- Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the show time to allow time for seating and preparation.
- Late arrivals may not be permitted to enter during the performance for safety reasons.
No transfer service is provided.

- Cancellation at least 1 day in advance.
- Rescheduling is allowed once, notify at least 1 day in advance.
- No-Show is non-refundable in all cases.
Pets are not allowed.
