- Rescheduling is allowed once only, with at least 7 days’ advance notice.
- Requests made less than 7 days before the travel date cannot be rescheduled under any circumstances.
- Cancellation requests are non-refundable in all cases.
**Exception: In the event of a storm or monsoon where boats are officially prohibited from departing, the company reserves the right to reschedule or provide a refund.**
Pets are allowed on board. Service fee: 400 THB per pet.
Activities During the Trip
- Take photos at the front of the boat
- Shallow-water snorkeling to practice using a snorkel and see sergeant major fish
- Deeper snorkeling to take photos with clownfish and coral reefs
- If time permits, visit the beach for paddle boarding

The captain will select suitable snorkeling spots and islands to visit, with stops at approximately 1–3 islands, depending on the weather and sea conditions on the travel date.
