How to use

1. Travel to board the bus at the Boonsiri High-Speed Ferry Office, Khaosan Road (Tanee Road alley).
2. 09:00 departure – Suvarnabhumi Airport: Check in at Floor 1, Gate 8. The booth is the first booth on the right at the exit.
3. Please state your name or present the E-Voucher received from Chillpainai.

Before you book

- Boonsiri Speedboat Company provides a bus service to pick up and drop off on the island between the pier and the hotel free of charge, if using our boat service (pick up and drop off outside the schedule, there will be additional charges.). Therefore, if the bus does not pick you up on the specified schedule, you can contact us for more information from the customer service department at +6694 – 724 – 4555 (or contact the Chillpainai team for additional coordination).

Cancellation policy

Cancellations are not allowed.

Travel dates can be postponed by notifying at least 3 days in advance of the originally booked travel date.

When postponing the trip, customers must specify a new travel date in order to issue a new travel document.

Postponement is allowed only once (free of charge).

In cases where the new travel date falls on a public holiday or the ferry is fully booked, changes to the travel schedule will not be possible.
